| Job Responsibilites: | Leading consumer financial services organization seeks a Sr. Director, Statistical Analysis with mortgage or auto finance experience to manage the agenda of a broad team of statisticians. Identifies opportunities to leverage statistical modeling and thinking within the business. Liaises with business leaders to help set priority of work. Reviews output of statisticians within team to ensure proper quality control.
Leadership and direction of statistical analysis performed through the team, including evaluation, assessment, coaching, and assignment. Ensures that statistical analysis and model building is of high quality and meets business objectives.
Strategic direction setting and infrastructure development for statistical work, model building, and implementation.
