| Provide leadership in designing and developing low power surveillance systems containing IR and EO imagers, ground based sensors, tactical radio communications . Stay abreast of current technologies in the three key areas described and use this knowledge/experience to help drive new, cutting edge system capabilities. Design, simulate and develop signal processing algorithms across multiple domains - seismic, acoustic, and optical. Write detailed technical proposals to obtain funding for new development. Write persuasive technical proposals and give convincing technical presentations/demonstrations of our products to potential customers . Work with customers to troubleshoot system problems. Convey ideas through effective presentations and discussions to senior staff and team. |
